Balzhiser & Hubbard Engineers has provided engineering design services to Qwest Communications, previously U.S. West, since the late 1970s. We have worked at more than 25 separate Qwest sites in Oregon, including the facility on 10th Avenue in Eugene, where we have completed numerous upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and communications systems. Recent projects at the 10th Avenue facility include an electrical master plan update, a cooling tower replacement, and fire alarm upgrades.
