Commercial / Industrial

Commercial and industrial projects reflect the vision of the organization that the project will serve. The projects typically reflect the times and strive to incorporate, and anticipate, trends in technologies for the built environment. These projects are investments that, in addition to being well planned and built, must show economic benefit. Balzhiser & Hubbard Engineers' experience with commercial and industrial projects includes both large and small scale projects. Most projects today incorporate sustainability, and many owners elect to pursue USGBC certification of their projects. We work with owners and other members of the design team to identify the owner's needs and desires for their facilities and to identify opportunities for cost effective innovation in-line with the owner's stated goals.
