New Associate Principals

Congratulations to Janet Spriggs, Tina Guard and Troy Hanson, who have become Associate Principals of the firm. All three were selected based on their leadership and management skills, and their embodiment of the company core values.

Janet was named our Civil Engineering discipline manager in January of 2010. She is a licensed civil engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional. Janet has been at BHE since 1999 and has been the Civil project manager for a number of significant projects, including the EWEB Roosevelt Operations Center, the Royal Caribbean Call Center, and the University of Oregon's PK Park Field.

Tina is one of our senior Civil Engineering project managers. She has been at BHE since 2002 and is also a licensed civil engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional. Tina has been the Civil project manager for the University of Oregon's Matthew Knight Arena and College of Education, as well as the new Cabela's store at Gateway Mall in Springfield.

 Troy is our Energy Services Manager. He has been at BHE since 2003, is a licensed mechanical engineer, and is also a LEED Accredited Professional. Troy has been in charge of the commissioning and energy analysis for the Kendall Toyota Dealership (which was awarded LEED Platinum status), the commissioning for the University of Oregon's Living Learning Center buildings, and the energy analysis for the Lane County Armed Forces Reserve Center facility in Springfield.
