You may never see the systems designed by our Mechanical Engineering Department, but you will know they are there. Inside hospitals, offices,
classrooms, laboratories and correctional facilities are the systems that create a healthy environment, keep you comfortable, save you money,
preserve your buildings, and eliminate your wastewater. You may take these systems for granted, but we never do.
Our oldest service, and still our largest department, works closely with architectural clients in the design of mechanical systems for new and
existing buildings. In addition to our work for architectural clients, we provide services directly to owners in the evaluation and rehabilitation
of existing mechanical systems.
We strive to understand a client's special needs and apply the appropriate technology when designing a suitable mechanical system, whether for a
moderate system upgrade or new construction using sustainable design standards.
