Timeliness is also crucial during the construction staking process in order to facilitate the contractor's schedule, and accuracy with the staking layout of building and site features is key to being able to maintain the project budget and schedule. Survey work involving land use processes such as Partitions, Subdivisions, and condominium platting require a thorough understanding of survey law and local codes to ensure an accurate submittal to the reviewing agencies and no delay in the review and recording processes.
