- HVAC Engineer / Designer
We are seeking additional team members that have three to five years of experience designing HVAC systems for medical, commercial, instructional
(K-12 and higher education), correctional, and/or laboratory buildings. Additional experience, or specialization in medical or laboratory
facilities is a plus. Experience with incorporation of sustainability, working with integrated design teams, and energy conservation is desired.
BSME or BSMET is preferred, but equivalent experience or alternative qualifications will be considered. FE certificate or PE license desirable.
Solid skills in communication, spreadsheet applications, and client and contractor relations are desired. Experience/familiarity with industry
standard load calculation programs and energy modeling software is desired. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

- Plumbing Engineer / Designer
We are seeking additional team members that have five years, or more, experience at a consulting engineering firm designing plumbing/piping systems
for medical, commercial, instructional (K-12 and higher education), correctional, and/or laboratory buildings. Experience with incorporation of
sustainability in building system designs, and working with integrated teams, is desired. Applicant must be proficient with AutoCAD (v. 2006 or
newer), spreadsheet, and word processing applications. Certification as a Plumbing Engineer by ASPE, or the ability to obtain certification within
one year, is desired. BSME or BSMET is desirable, but equivalent directly applicable industry experience or alternative qualifications will be
considered. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

- Commissioning Agent / Technician
Building systems commissioning is a rewarding and necessary service that is becoming recognized as a critical step in ensuring that today's complicated building systems operate properly and as efficiently as possible.
If you enjoy hands-on testing and troubleshooting, working with a variety of clients and contractors, and would like to make a tangible difference in the building industry, commissioning may be for you.
We are seeking a qualified individual to add to our growing commissioning services group. Three to five years of industry experience with building mechanical, electrical, and control systems is desired.
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology, with EIT certificate or PE license is preferred. Solid skills in communication, spreadsheet applications, and client and contractor relations are desired.
Salary dependent on qualifications.

- Energy Project Manager / Modeler
Candidates should have at least 5 years of direct experience creating, interpreting, and cross-checking computer building simulations for building
energy efficiency analysis under the Oregon SEED program and for USGBC LEED® certification requirements. Experience working /
coordinating with multiple disciplines on complex public and private projects. Experience with energy incentive programs (BETC, ETO, etc.), cost
estimating, and standard software packages such as AutoCAD and Excel. Good written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on report
writing and documentation, using MSWord. College level (undergraduate or graduate) coursework in building energy use/simulation is desirable.
Salary negotiable depending on qualifications.
