Balzhiser & Hubbard Engineers has provided engineering services for several projects at the Lane County Adult Corrections Center. In 1987 BHE teamed with Amundson Associates for an 88-bed addition. In 1997 we teamed with WBGS Architects & Planners (currently PIVOT Architecture) for a 72-bed addition. This project also included a visitor center and an addition to the adjacent Work Release Center. In 1999, working directly for Lane County, we engineered the replacement of the original pneumatic temperature control system with a direct digital control system.
